47 more days to end of attachment!! i shall start counting down now.
just had my dinner, rice that i cooked in the afternoon and some baked beans. Mama say my face looked more chubby= put on weight lah. haha. die liao lah, i should stop eating carbo stuff. But what can i eat here! damm. pasta, noodles, pasta, noodles and potatoes. all these are CARBO. i shall work hard to get rid of the extra kgs back in spore! i MUST and i WILL. haha. have got no weighing machine here, shesssh.
Cambridge diet here i come! or maybe i shall use you on the second week i go back. hehe.
I still remember being a 60 over kgs back in sec sch days. eeeeeeeeeeeks. then somemore or rather, something or maybe somebody motivate me to shed all those irritating stuff off me.

haha. my cousin put this picture as her msn pic! i was like!! my god!! haha. and asked her to send to me. this is the sec 3 me i think. stop laughing okies. hehe.
So if i did not remember wrongly, i did shed away the fats slowly. but dunno how i did it last time.
But!! i managed to put on the weight back when i was in J1. dont know how i do it!! i think my weight shot back to 60+kgs again! shessh! So.... during J1 holidays, i tried eating the cambridge diet. hha! it works! i lose about 1.5 kg each time i eat it. but then, u have to co-ordinate it with exercise lah. Hula hoop is the best! hehe. my all time favourite! so within a month of hard work, i managed to lose 6 kgs. and during normal sch days, PE works lor. run on track for like 6 rounds for 3 times a week or 2 times?
hehe. u guys must be calculating my weight now right? haha. Dun need to guess liao, might as well give u the big hint. above 50 below 55. haha. 5kg range not very big right. But now leh, i dunnoe. hope i dont increase more than 2 kg, if not i will smack myself.
Unlike others, for example my dear mabelline, no matter how much she eat, she WILL NOT put on any weight. heavy dinner, late night suppers will not make her grow an inch horizontally. However, for the poor ger me, who tried to avoid carbo, no supper at all for my entire life, still can put on weight. if i happen to eat a lil more for maybe 3 days consecutively, i will just wave hello to the kgs of fats. haha.
So... what's happening to me now is that, eating carbo for every meal. lunch= sandwich, dinner= pasta or noodles? so much carbo! i cant really avoid them. because in spore, mummy cooks delicious dinner dishes, so i can eat lil rice or without rice. but in uk, having to cook myself, means noodles. easy and simple. no sophfiscated food like stir fired veggies or sliced chicken. i just have mushroom noodles or maybe tuna. not even chicken. because they will just spoil when i buy them back.haha. i have only eaten pizza once in uk! can u believe it! so i really dunno what's making me putting on weight. bread i think!
haha. enough yaking and gibbering on my putting on weight encounter. pardon me because i have nothing to do now. tee-hee.
Oh yah, i will try not to eat so much carbo for the rest of my 1.5 months here. hehe. sooooo if i really look fat when i go back to spore, please tell me. truth hurts, but i rather hear the truth, so i can do some dieting, together with my bro, who says want to join me. maybe we can have some competition or something. hehe. make dieting more fun!!
