Basically, just snip off the embryos head and put them in glycerol and cover then with a coverslip. sounds easy eh? but it's not. I have to remove the york sac from the embryos. and not a singel york cell is allowed to be left hanging. Damm! why did they have to move when u are trying your best to remove their yolk sac? haha. but mouting isnt that bad afterall. kinda got used to it after a few trys.
Tml i will be damm busy. have lots to do when andy is gone. LOTs! haha. but it's alright.. i dont mind.
I'm thinking to myself today, "will i miss uk when i leave here?" it seems that i yearn to go back to singapore. but i do miss here when i go back. i miss the pple in the lab, esp rosemary and jane, whom i spend most of the time with, chatting, disturbing each other .. and our secret place! i miss murray and andy, who taught me lots of stuff, guiding me, even though i'm terribly stupid. haha! and of cuz claire, ann-cecile, claudia,yannick, catherine,sarah,stone, caroline, sandrine..blah blah. alright, i'm stating the whole lab down. ohhhh yeah, and the shuai shuai tim and steve, though i dont speak to them at all.haha.
haha! my hp finally worked again after so many days. finally got my picture send to my lappy.

yah lah, my hair is messy too lah. too bad, the hair accessories that they sell here is too thin for my hair.
