ah, as i was happily shopping (eh, maybe window shop?) yesterday at isetan scotts, i received a call from someone extremely polite.
her: hello, may i speak to Simin?
me: yah, speaking.
her:Oh hi, are you from BIO?
At this point of time, i was like?! wth! at this hour also got pple calling me from school meh? It was like nearly 9 pm.
me: yah, I'm from BIO.
her: erm, have u done your enrolment for your IS modules?
me: yah, i have already did it in the morning.
her: do you know you have to enrol for 2 IS modules?
Okies, at this point of time, i was feeling slightly nervous. why have to enrol 2 IS? Yixin darling told me only 1 IS mah! and it cannot be incorrect cuz she had already taken that sem!
me: eh, i asked my friends before, and they said that there's only 1 IS to be taken this sem?
her: oh yah, but you are special. So you have to take 2 IS.
me: (wtH!!) uh-huh? but why?
her: OHHH... cause you are a direct entry student.
me: (wth again!!) okies. so what should i do now? my enrolment appointment is already over.
This lady here is duper nice and polite. so i like her. she told me to get home at 10pm, and try to enrol again. If there's not more available slots, she will try to put me in other slots where i've got no lessons.
The funniest thing that happen was like she gave me her extension no. in school, and asked me to call her the next day no matter i enrolled or not.
her: It's ok, can you give me a call tml morning after your enrolment? the no. is ****. it's the school extension no.
me: eh, ok. but how do i call the extension? i never call before.
her: (huh? hahha) ok, i shall give u a call tml then. it's ok.
She must be wondering a year 3 student doesnt know how to call the school's extension no!!!!
me: okies. thanks a lot! bye.
her: bye.
after hanging up, i was damm sad can?! and started calling yixin and tell her about it.
wth!!! where got like that one????!!! no where in my 1.5 years in NP i know that i must take 2 IS modules during my 3.1 sem.
And still, happily thinking that woah, this sem so gd, 1 IS only.. then time-table also not as bad as last sem.
Happily go find a job, and then?! hopes dashed.
When school starts, i will again be like a mad woman, juggling with work,school projects and 2IS modules. When all my peers go home, i will be the one staying back to do IS. without any people from my COURSE!
*grumbles*
sigh, worst still, if that damm IS has got a exam. i'm going to hit myself with a big stone. (big stone because i know i cant carry a real heavy one with one hand, so i wun die lor.)
whatever.
